The following list is a sample of the insurances we accept.  It is by no means comprehensive, as insurance companies add plans frequently.  Each insurance company also has a variety of preferred provider organizations (PPO), health maintenance organizations (HMO), Medicare replacement (Advantage) plans, managed Medicaid and numerous other commercial/ governmental plans.  We accept most all of these, including Medicaid and most Medicare Advantage plans.  We know how difficult it can be to find a Medicaid Houston Suboxone doctor, so we have made every effort to participate with every Medicaid administrator.  At this time we participate with all but Texas Children's Medicaid, which we are in the process of adding.
